Do you want to supply to the nuclear industry?

Issued: 23 April 2009

Nuclear power in the UK is big business - and is set to become even bigger. Opportunities exist for ACE member companies of all sizes throughout the supply chain.

The UK’s existing nuclear power stations are due to reach the end of their operational lives over the coming years. Decommissioning and clean-up works are likely to cost more than £70 billion in total. Ten new nuclear power stations are also likely to be built over the next decade, with each costing in the region of £5 billion.

ACE is gathering information on member companies’ ambitions and capabilities regarding nuclear power. This will help us to better promote the critical contribution that engineering consultancies will make to the UK’s nuclear programme. It will also help us to better support you through our membership service offerings.

All responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

If you would like to participate, please complete this short questionnaire and send to Michael Hall, ACE policy and sector manager or fax to 020 7990 9202.
