Business improvement  

ACE promotes a number of business improvement initiatives to its members. These include:

•    ACE Benchmarking which is a performance based initiative.
•    Constructing Excellence which is an external based initiative.
•    CEEQUAL which is a functional based initiative.

The business need for ACE members and the construction sector as a whole cover three areas:

•    Understand and evaluate a project or firm’s current businesses position.
•    Know what is best in class by comparing a projects or businesses with industry peers.
•    Identify areas of performance improvement.
