London Assembly chair and ACE Advisory Board member Dee Doocey has been made a peer.  Ms Doocey, who has led the London Assembly’s scrutiny of the Olympic Games delivery process, will sit on the Liberal Democrat benches.

ACE chief executive, Nelson Ogunshakin OBE, said: “On behalf of the ACE Executive and Advisory Board, I warmly congratulate Dee on her elevation to the House of Lords.  Dee has been a good friend of ACE for a number of years, and this honour is a deserved recognition of her career in public service.”
