Young professionals

ACE’s Progress Network brings together young professionals and future business leaders working in the consultancy and engineering sector and provides them with a dynamic and exciting forum to learn, network and exchange ideas.  This forum also offers young professionals the opportunity to advance and develop their business skills and gain an inside track on the latest industry issues.

Mission

Our mission is to be recognised as the number one business forum for young professionals in the consultancy and engineering sector, providing them with the opportunity to establish a strong network base at the start of their careers in the industry outside their existing company and to cultivate and sustain good relationships between companies and individuals working within the sector.

Who are Progress Network members?

Members of Progress Network are individuals with ambition, innovation and spirit ranging from recent graduates to more experienced consultants up to approximately 35 years old.

We have approximately 2000 members across the UK from a broad range of engineering backgrounds including: civil engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, design engineers, lawyers, accountants, commercial managers, project managers, consultants and many other professionals across the sector.

Objectives

  1. Advance the business skills of our future business leaders.
  2. Provide a vibrant platform for consultants and engineers to network with their peer group.
  3. Provide a fast track to the latest industry business issues and development (this works both ways, passing advice to our members and also raising issues that are facing the industry at our member levels back up to industry figures).
  4. Promote the profile of consultancy and engineering.
