ACE's legal and compliance team provides important advice and guidance for member firms on all legal, contractual, insurance and other commercial issues affecting their business. With two barristers and a legal assistant on our staff members can be assured of a professional approach at all times.

A wide range of legal briefing notes and other guidance is produced by the legal and compliance team. The team also heads up the ACE Business Helpline and leads the development of the ACE Agreements suite of contracts and oversees all of the organisation's contractual relationships with third parties.
