ACE Members are reporting more and more that clients are seeking to introduce onerous terms and conditions, with the boundaries of current PII coverage pushed more and more to the potential detriment of members. Limits of liabilities are under duress and clauses, which are included by lawyers, can catch you out!
This free presentation is open to all ACE members and will cover normal areas of PII coverage, including standard exclusions either by country or sector.
Our guest speaker is from Heath Lambert, one of ACE’s panel of brokers. He will tell you what can go wrong if T&C’s are not tight and what phrases or obligations to look out for! And what to make sure is in, subject to negotiation.
