ACE Benchmarking Lite 2011 - programme details

New for 2011!

Following five years of successful  benchmarking ACE is making this useful tool free to ACE members in the UK with a headcount of 50 or fewer.

The ACE Benchmarking programme is the industry’s annual peer-to-peer comparison programme, providing participating businesses with an in-depth analysis of their operations, revenue per fee earner, costs, staff turnover, marketing activity and competitiveness.

The financial crisis and recession have demonstrated the extent to which global markets have integrated. There is a continual need for firms to innovate and manage their performance. ACE Benchmarking enables businesses to monitor and react based upon actual market intelligence.

ACE Benchmarking Lite is available to UK companies with a headcount of 50 staff or below. If your companiy has a headcount greater than 50, click here to find out about ACE's Benchmarking programme.

ACE’s Benchmarking survey has been streamlined to provide approximately 200 key metrics to small companies, whilst reducing significantly the time and cost implications of completing the survey.

On the submission of a completed survey to CIFC for the 2011 Benchmarking programme you will be entered into a free prize draw to win an Amazon Kindle. This draw will take place following the publication of the report using the details submitted at the time of registration and will be selected randomly. The details of the winner will also be placed on ACE website.

Working with ACE

Since 2005, The Centre for Interfirm Comparison (CIFC) has worked with ACE to design and operate the Benchmarking project for engineering and consultancy firms. Their significant experience and independence means that the ACE Benchmarking results are accurate and concise, providing an in depth analysis of companies performance.

An industry overview report

  • This will provide participants with an industry analysis of performance based on the real responses of SMEs, providing valuable insights into trends and costing information.  This will be a standard report with anonymised averages (no companies or individual results will be identifiable) provided to all participants and used by ACE to promote the programme.
Your rating against key indicators
  • These will utilise a rating system which compares your company’s performance to the average of those that took part.
