ACE Business Academy 

The ACE Business Academy brings together selected partners to provide training and development that is designed to meet our members’ business needs in a challenging world. The Academy offers access to an expanding range of services in four key areas:

• The ACE Leadership Programme
• Courses, seminars and workshops
• Business Briefings
• Web-based content

The ACE Business Academy will work closely with the ACE Progress Network and ACE's regions to support their training and development activities.

ACE Leadership Programme
ACE has brought together three of the UK’s leading business schools and universities as its first partners in the ACE Business Academy.

The three are:

• Aston Business School
• Durham Business School
• Business School Loughborough University

The ACE Leadership Programme is designed to give developing professionals the business and commercial skills that they will need to become the future leaders of our industry.

To join the ACE Leadership Programme, you will need to be:

• a professional working in an ACE member company
• able to show at least three years experience in the consultancy and engineering sector
• professionally qualified in a relevant discipline (at chartered, or equivalent, level or expecting shortly to become chartered)
• a graduate (or someone with significant management experience)
